Wolf Racing Cars' collaboration with ACI Sport and the Italian championships is intensifying. Following the successful venture of the Italian Sports Prototype Championship, held as a single-brand championship with the Wolf GB08 Thunder since 2018, the new Italian Hill Climb Junior Championship, debuting in the 2023 season, will also be enlivened by the prestigious Italian-manufactured contender designed, developed, and built at the Gardone Val Trompia factory.
The newly announced series by ACI Sport will allow emerging young drivers born after January 1, 1996, to compete in the technical and thrilling landscape of the Italian hill climb championship, leveraging Wolf Racing Cars' expertise and preparation in these competitions.
The series, to be included in the main championship, will consist of 8 events with the classification based on 6 useful results. The winner of the 2023 Championship will be entitled to compete in the 2024 CIVM (Italian Hill Climb Championship) in the official Wolf GB08 Mistral in the E2SS 2000 version. Participants over the age of 27 will also be admitted and will take part in the Master classification, similar to track races.
